More than 400 people are expected to join a charity faith walk through central London.
The Love of Faith event is being organised by the Jain community and will raise funds for children's health and welfare projects co-ordinated by Sense International and Shrimad Rajchandra Love & Care.
The 6.75km walk will begin with prayers at a Jain temple in St John's Wood, north-west London, on the morning of June 30, and will visit places of worship of other faiths, including Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism and Christianity, en route before ending at Westminster Abbey.
The visits aim to celebrate both the UK's multi-faith heritage and highlight the importance of developing good inter-faith relations.
Mayur Mehta, trustee organiser of the event, said: "The event was oversubscribed, and demonstrates the huge bank of respect that the Jains have brought to Britain, and the quiet way in which they practice this in their everyday thoughts, behaviour and actions."
The Jain faith originated in India thousands of years ago and has more than seven million followers around the world, including 40,000 followers in the UK.
