Manchester based Scene Indian Street Kitchen have launched their new menu with a special focus on Superfoods and healthy eating

The menu has been formulated by Scene chef Sudesh Singh along with the directors and popular celebrity Nutritional Biochemist, Jeannette Jackson.

At a special launch a select audience were given an exclusive taste of the dishes.

Protein dishes include pan grilled seabass, grilled chicken or paneer and even rib eye steak or roasted salmon.

To accompany this is a choice of quinoa or stir fry vegetables and superfood salads with choices like kale and beetroot or even a spiced 5 bean salad.
 
Diners are also able to sample food full of flavour but packed with the finest nutrition and the purest superfoods.

Alongside these dishes a selection of juice shots compliment and enhance the dishes boosting the nutritional content of the entre meal.

Speaking of the launch, Jeannette Jackson said: “It’s been a real treat to work alongside the Scene team and discover how we can integrate healthy living whilst still retaining the authentic spices of Indian cooking.

"I’m really looking forward to showcasing the concept to diners and can’t wait to hear the feedback.”
