This is the highly anticipated sequel to what was in my opinion the woeful ‘Dabangg’.
It stars Salman Khan and features more songs and acting – not to mention dire hackneyed story telling, utterly inept stunts and unfunny jokes – other than that, it’s a great film!
In this (alleged) thriller, Chulbul Pandey (Salman Khan) has to battle the evil goon turned politician (cliché number 1), try to strengthen his family ties with his father and brother (cliché number 2) and romance his newly wed wife (cliché number 3 – full house!).
The movie’s motto seems to be ‘Why do something different or original when a formula will do?’
