Here's a fantastic recipe for some Indo Chinese Dry Chilli Chicken.

 

Ingredient

chicken cubes  500gms
eggs 2 nos
green chillies chopped 4 nos
garlic chopped 1 tsp
ginger paste 1 tsp
spring onions chopped 2tsp
onions chopped 1 nos
red pepper diced 1nos
green pepper diced 1 nos
For seasoning;
chicken cube( or chicken stock) 1 nos
oil for frying
salt & pepper to taste
soya sauce
corn flour 4tsp

Method
1.Take a bowl and add the eggs, soya sauce, cornflour salt and pepper and mix well.
2. Add the chicken cubes and mix well. Leave aside for sometime.
3.Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken cubes until they are golden brown.
4. Take another pan add oil, add the green chillies, garlic and ginger, saute until golden brown.
5. Then add onions, red and green pepper and let it cook for sometime.
6. Add the seasoning along with  chicken stock salt and pepper.
7.Stir the mixture and add the chicken cubes. Mix it well.
8. Remove the chicken and add the spring onions on top. Serve it hot.
