Manchester sisters Christine and Jenny Chau were presented with the Supreme Dream Entrepreneur of the Year Award at Fusion 2014.

They were presented with the award by Apprentice star Azhar Siddique.
Hundreds of guests saw community champions, sports heroes and entrepreneurs honoured at Fusion 2014.

This years’ event at King George’s Hall in Blackburn was the biggest Fusion Awards ever.

Christine and Jenny said, “It is such an honour and privilege to receive the Fusion 2014 Entrepreneur of the Year Award. We are incredibly lucky to be able to do something that we absolutely love and to receive an award for doing just that is amazing.”

“To be nominated for this award was special enough and then to hear our names announced as the winners at this spectacular event was a dream come true.

“Surreal, totally overwhelming and very special indeed. A huge thank you to the Fusion judges for this wonderful honour. ”

What started off as just a hobby has turned into something quite unique and lucrative. Sisters Christine and Jenny Chau launched their luxury dog bedding company in 2010 from home in Manchester.

But after only a short period of time the sisters have moved into their own 1,400 sq ft office. Charley Chau products have now been sold into more than 20 countries around the world.

After endless frustrating searches for bedding for Italian Greyhounds Christine took matters into her own hands and hand-stitched two Snuggle Beds.

She posted a photo on Facebook Christine and was inundated with requests for her to make them for other people's dogs.

After months of research and meeting suppliers and manufacturers - Charley Chau was established.
