IMO is aiming to raise awareness that body image is not something to be judged on negatively by yourself or others.

The organisation would like you to show your support by beginning to have this conversation at home, work or even when hanging with friends and family.

IMO are encouraging the local community to make ‘Body Image’ an issue talked about openly amongst the community.

The organisation said, "In addition, an encouragement to respect your body and treat it well, whether that means by eating healthy or engaging in healthy activities, or even, simply telling yourself you look good and feel well.

"Reminding yourself of positive aspects of yourself can only help remain positive about your body image.

"People’s perceptions of their own body image and that of others can bring on unnecessary stress.

"Reminding yourself of your own positive aspects helps you remain content about your body image.
