A MAN was flung into the air in an alleged hit and run incident in Blackburn this evening.
The incident, captured on CCTV, happened at the corner of Woodfold Place and Azalea Road at 7.20pm.
Two cars can be seen coming to a halt at the junction between Woodfold Place and Azalea Road before two men get out to remonstrate with the driver of the car behind. Words are exchanged and one man can be seen gesturing towards the vehicle.
The driver in the seven-seater car then rams one of the occupants of the red car and speeds off along Woodfold Place.
The man hit by the car was treated in an ambulance at the scene.
Police were called to the scene and an investigation has now been launched.
