Millions of Muslims around the globe will be fasting from sunrise to sunset starting today.

The long days of the summer mean challenging fasts here in the UK.

However, there are some countries, like Norway, with a 20 hour fast that are a real test to ones endurance.

In Australia, the fasts last just over 12 hours, marking that the shortest fast in the world this year.
