A travel company has unveiled its new look offices in Preston – including a dedicated VIP area for those wanting to book luxury holidays.
Cloud Nine Travel was established in 2008 and now serves customers across the UK.
2019 proved to be one of their successful years but then the Covid Pandemic meant they had to close for a period of time. This month, the team were back at their new revamped offices.
Ebrahim Dedat said “Whilst the store remained closed we took the opportunity to expand and refurbish the interior with the help of an interior designer.
“To celebrate their re-opening we offered holiday vouchers to the value of £100 to the first hundred customers in store. Although the weather was not great, there was a huge turnout with a queue forming outside in the morning”
The new offices include a new VIP area for honeymoon appointments after the company noticed how there were few local agencies where you could speak on a 'face-to face basis' to discuss luxury holidays.
Ebrahim added: “Here, we can take the time to listen to individual client requirements. We can then use our first-hand knowledge to handpick resorts and create a bespoke, tailor-made holiday.
“Due to our fantastic relationship with resorts and hoteliers, they ensure that clients are provided with the most competitive quote in the market and aim to beat any like for like quote including online prices.
“Once a dream holiday is booked, our dedicated in-house concierge will help to arrange those extra special touches to make the holiday truly memorable. From candlelit dinners on the beach, overwater spa treatments to swimming with dolphins – we can arrange it all.”
