DUNFERMLINE slimmers have shed bags of clothes to help a charity appeal.
Slimming World classes based at the City Hotel and St Margaret's Church collected a massive 208 sackfuls of items which will be donated to Cancer Research UK.
The collection was part of the Big Slimming World Clothes Throw 2024 which took place from April 14 to 27.
Consultant Samantha Moat was delighted with the response.
"Not only has it helped to raise desperately-needed funds for our charity partner, it has been inspiring members, getting rid of clothes they’ve slimmed out of (for good!)" she said.

"This enables them to move on to their healthier, slimmer future, giving members a chance to celebrate the difference that they’ve made to their health and the reduced risk of a range of health conditions including some types of cancer, whether they’ve dropped one dress or waist size, or six.”
