POLICE have issued images of a man they want to speak with after a male victim was seriously injured in an assault in a bar.
Kirklees CID would like to speak to anyone who can identify the man pictured or has information about the incident at the Truth Bar on Cross Church Street, Huddersfield, on Sunday, January 28.
The incident took place at about 6am after the male victim was struck to the back of the head with a bottle.
He suffered a serious head injury in the incident and required hospital treatment for the injury which was not life threatening.
Detectives have been carrying out extensive enquiries and are releasing these images as part of the ongoing investigation.
The man they wish to speak with is described as white, 20 to 30 years old, short and of a stocky build.
