A pervert was caught with 213 indecent images of children.
Murtada Alhelal, 23, was snared with the sick haul at a flat in Glasgow’s Sandyhills on September 24 2021.
The city’s Sheriff Court heard a warrant was granted and an iPhone was recovered which belonged to Alhelal.
Prosecutor Mark Allan said: “A total of 213 indecent moving images were found after an examination.”
The court heard examples of some of the images which included male and female children - the youngest being three-years-old.
The files were put on the phone between June 6 and August 31 2021.
Alhelal pled guilty to possession of indecent images of children.
Sheriff Iain Fleming put Alhelal under supervision and the sex offenders register for 12 months.
