A sourdough pizza chain has now officially opened in the town.

Popular restaurant Franca Manca welcomed customers to its new branch at 136/137 Peascod Street, which replaced the former White Stuff unit.

A spokesperson for GCW, who acted on behalf of the landlord for the site, said: “Franco Manca will no doubt be a great addition to Peascod Street and Windsor.

“Their opening in the former White Stuff highlights the shift we are seeing across the country from traditional retail to more food and beverage occupiers.

“After a difficult period, there has been a lot of retail and leisure activity in Windsor over the past 12 months, with several new entrants now open or opening soon."
