VOLUNTEERS are needed at Bridport Football Club.
The club is on the lookout for new volunteers to help out on Thursday mornings.
Volunteers are needed to help with gardening, painting and cleaning at the club on Skilling Hill Road.
The recruitment drive has come through Volunteer Centre Dorset’s Community Credit Scheme, which enables people with mild learning disabilities into volunteering by offering a volunteer befriender to accompany individuals on a one to one or group basis.
The organisation is looking for befrienders, mentors, drivers, and ambassadors to support people with mild learning disabilities.
