Police have released a CCTV image of a missing man as they continue his search.

The image shows Michael McCann, aged 36, by the McDonald’s restaurant at The Bell Roundabout, on Saturday (May 1) at around 7am.

While from Northamptonshire, his vehicle he was driving was discovered abandoned by junction 22 of the M25 on the Saturday.

His family have also indicated that they believe he has no money or a phone on him.

Hertfordshire Constabulary are hoping to see if he remains somewhere near London Colney or elsewhere in the county.

He is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall, of stocky build with a shaved head and stubble on his face, he often wears a cap.

The new CCTV image shows he was wearing a grey hooded top and beige trousers, along with black and white trainers on the day he was spotted in London Colney.

Police were in the vicinity of the M25 and closed off part of the carriageway as a search was carried out on Tuesday (May 4).

Anyone with information or believes they spotted him should call the constabulary’s non-emergency number 101.
