A Lancashire company is offering Covid-19 RT-PCR tests, commonly known as the 'PCR Test' for passengers wishing to travel abroad.
Cryo Express, based in Blackburn said the test is processed by a certified laboratory. Countries including Pakistan now require passengers to produce a negative Covid test before entry.
A spokesperson said: "At Cryo Express, we provide travellers with the correct testing and certified test results, approved for use by Public Health England and ISO 15189 certified under a GP.
"Some countries and airlines are constantly changing their rules on testing, and tests should be performed within a specific time frame before departure or landing. This varies from 48 hours to 96 hours before travel times.
"Please ensure you are fully aware of the required time frame before you book your appointment."
The same day service (10 hours) costs £195 and the next day service (evening 5-7pm) is priced at £140.
The latest country to request a negative test before travel was Ireland. The check must be undertaken within 72 hours before arrival. Travellers from the UK and South Africa had already been required to provide the proof due to the circulation of more infectious variants of coronavirus.
