THREE men have been charged following a disturbance in Oldham where officers was stabbed and another spat at.
Reece Hinton, 27, of Bankfield Drive, Oldham, has been charged with obstructing police.
Connor Lees, 23,of no fixed abode, has been charged with affray, obstructing police and two counts of assaulting an emergency worker.
Darren Lees, 29, of HMP Berwyn, has been charged with 11 offences, including: - Affray - Assault - Four counts of racially aggravated public order - Three counts of assaulting an emergency worker - Attempt assault of an emergency worker They appeared at Tameside Magistrates' Court today (Friday, September 25).
Officers were called to a report of a fight outside a pub on Fircroft Road on Wednesday (September 23). As part of their enquiries, officers attended a property on Bankfield Drive and were assaulted, receiving minor injuries.
