ANOTHER city centre office building could be converted into flats after a new "permitted development" application was submitted to Bradford Council.
Spectrum House, on East Parade, Little Germany, would be converted into 39 flats under plans submitted by M Zaidi.
They will be a mix of six studio flats, 32 one bed flats and one two-bed flat spread out over the building's five storeys.
Conversion of ex-call centre in Bradford into flats can go ahead
The application is under permitted development - a policy introduced by the Conservative Government that allows developers to convert office buildings into residential use without the need for full planning permission.
Bradford Council will only be able to refuse the plans if officers have serious concerns about highways impacts of the development, possible site contamination, flooding risks or provision of adequate natural light to flats.
