An application to turn an interim sexual risk order into a permanent one has been adjourned by the courts.
Darrel Stephen Carter, 28, pleaded guilty to breaching his sexual risk order by contacting a child under the age of 18 and two counts of using an internet enabled device without notifying police of its acquisition.
Carter, who was previously charged under the address of Buchanan Road, Carlisle, will be sentenced on August 26. The application will be subject to any order made by the courts on that date.
