There is an unconfirmed report of a barbel weighing 14lb 7oz caught from the Ouse.
This Sunday's match is a Northern England Championship match at Ulleskelf.
LISTERHILLS A.A.
Last week's match at Rodley was won by B. Mason, with 5lb 8oz, comprising of one tench and small fish.
Second was his father, fishing out of the next peg, J. Mason, with a similar catch weighing 5lb 4oz.
Third was R. Movley, with one tench for 4lb 8oz.
The next match is on Saturday, August 8 on the canal at Armley for the annual Canal Open Championship trophy.
