OFFICIAL Bradford City face masks - carrying the design of the club's all-new 2020/21 home shirt - are now available to pre-order for £10.

Additional stock of the coverings have been produced following demand of the initial batch which was made available, following the pattern of the Bantams' 2019/20 home and away shirts.

The masks are aimed at protecting people from the threat Covid-19 continues to present, with face coverings mandatory in any shop or retail outlet from today (July 24).

This offers supporters the opportunity to show their colours, keep safe and adhere to government legislation - while visiting The City Shop at Valley Parade.

Made from two-layer, 100 per cent polyester fabric, the product features the club's official branding and unmistakable claret and amber stripes.

A fully-sublimated, anti-static front panel provides a soft and comfortable feel, with elastic ear-cord attachments included.

In other club news, City have announced a new and improved two-year partnership with Yorkshire Payments.

The substantial five-figure deal will see the card-payment processing company become one of the club’s principal partners.

Yorkshire Payments first began its association with the Bantams in 2018, with this initial agreement extending the affiliation to four seasons.

The collaboration will see the 1911 Executive Business Suite at Valley Parade become The Yorkshire Payments 1911 Lounge.

In addition, Yorkshire Payments’ branding will remain in place around the ground, with the company also becoming a member of the Bradford City Business Club.

The Brighouse-based firm provides over 3,500 businesses with affordable ways to manage card payments, processing more than £500million each year.

James Howard, Yorkshire Payments’ managing director, said: “We are delighted to have extended our partnership with Bradford City by a further two years.

“The club represents a major sporting cornerstone in West Yorkshire and we are proud to have our company associated with such a notable brand.

“As a local, Yorkshire-based business, we pride ourselves on our relationships with a host of successful establishments throughout the region.

“We believe this partnership represents that perfectly, and comes with huge benefits for both parties.”

City’s director of communications and commercial, Ryan Sparks, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be extending our partnership with Yorkshire Payments.

“After two very successful years - which saw Yorkshire Payments gain fantastic exposure as our official training wear partner - this agreement represents a significant development of our affiliation.

“It will be fantastic to see a new-look Yorkshire Payments 1911 Lounge in place and, hopefully, we will be able to welcome guests into it over the coming months.

“Our commercial portfolio is packed full of industry-leading, vibrant companies, and we are proud to have Yorkshire Payments on board with us, for at least the next two years.”
