A DRIVER, was who reported to be "knocking over cones" on a motorway, was almost four times above the drink-drive limit.
Officers from West Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Unit (RPU) received reports of a "possible drink-driver knocking over cones" on the M62, in the early hours of this morning.
They managed to locate the vehicle at around 1.08am.
The force uploaded a picture of the pulled-over car to social media website, Twitter, which showed extensive damage to the side of it.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "Vehicle appears to have been in contact with some Armco barrier at some point during its journey."
Officers also shared a picture of a road-side breath test which was conducted on the driver.
It showed the driver had 134 microgrammes of alcohol per 100ml of breath.
That is almost four times the drink-drive limit in England (35 microgrammes of alcohol per 100ml of breath).
