PROPOSALS for a new tattoo parlour in Carlisle have been submitted.
The city council is considering a change of use proposals for the first and second floor, The Exchange, Lonsdale Street.
The plans were lodged on Monday.
According to the Design, Access and Heritage Statement: "The application is for the simple conversion of the upper floors. This will include the internal decoration of the first, second floors."
It also states that tattoo parlours and cosmetic industry outlets are already well established in the area.
The applicant is listed as William Wallace, of Blackfriars Tattoo Parlour, Newton Road
