YES groups that have physical premises are eligible for the UK Government's £10,000 cash grant for businesses.

The grant is part of a £330 billion package of support for businesses, equivalent to 15% of GDP, and applications close tomorrow.

On March 17, Chancellor Rishi Sunak announced an increase in the small business coronavirus cash grant, taking it from £3000 to £10,000.

The Coronavirus Business Support Fund will close tomorrow and Yes groups that have physical premises like a shop or unit which is on the Valuation Roll can apply.

There are two types of grant available under the Business Support Fund.

A £10,000 grant to ratepayers of businesses in receipt of the Small Business Bonus Scheme (SBGF) or Rural Relief.
