Van pulled over because brake light wasn't working Picture tweeted by police
A VAN has been seized and its driver arrested after police spotted a brake light wasn't working.
North Yorkshire Police tweeted that the vehicle was stopped on the A165 near Filey after officers saw the brake light was out.
The driver was found to have no licence and a drug wipe then gave a positive results for cannabis.
The van was seized and the driver arrested, and a blood sample was taken and sent for analysis.
