TV producers are looking for anyone battling skin conditions to take part in the second series of popular show The Bad Skin Clinic

The Bad Skin Clinic - which airs on lifestyle channel Quest Red TV - sees award-winning dermatologist Dr Emma Craythorne cure or soothe people's skin conditions.

From shocking surgical extractions to curing extreme full-body eczema, acne or psoriasis, the series was very popular and has been broadcast internationally in 140 countries, including America.

The show is currently looking for applicants and to hear from anyone who wants a chance to be seen by Dr Emma.

The show's researcher, Sam Matwiejew, is particularly keen to hear from people who live in Yorkshire or the North East.

Bradford Telegraph and Argus:

He says there is less access to dermatologists in cities across the North than there is in the South, meaning participants will be able to access private healthcare and expert advice for free.

Sam said: "The hit UK series The Bad Skin Clinic is back for series 2, and we’re really keen to hear from people in the Midlands and North of England.

"With only an estimated 650 dermatologists across the UK and the current national health situation, it can be extremely tricky to have skin conditions cared for or even seen by medical professionals.

"These conditions can have huge physical & mental tolls and we’re offering private care to those who appear on the programme with our award-winning dermatologist, Dr Emma Craythorne. We'd love to hear from anyone who wants help with their skin or wants to raise awareness for their conditions."
