Sutton Council has announced their plans to help tackle littering across the borough.
The council plan to redeploy more staff for litter collection after seeing an increase in rubbish following the restriction ease.
Over the last few weeks, residents have expressed their upset about the increase in litter, with the majority seeming to aim concerns at Beddington Park.
One person said: "With social distancing easing a little, our parks are even busier, every day is a holiday.
"But people aren't taking their rubbish away with them, its disgusting.
"On Saturday all the bins in Beddington Park were overflowing, so you cannot imagine how awful it was on Sunday, June 31."
A spokesperson for Sutton Council said: "Sutton’s parks are exceptionally busy at present.
"Every day we are seeing numbers usually only seen on bank holidays.
"The Beddington Park team is working hard to keep on top of emptying the bins and litter picking but our contractor has a number of staff who are ill or shielding due to COVID.
"We have placed a number of large wire-cage bins in busy areas to increase the litter bin capacity and we are working with the contractor to redeploy more staff for litter collection across the borough.
"All Beddington Park visitors should dispose of their rubbish carefully and responsibly either in the bins provided or, if the bins are full, take it home.
"This would help keep the park clean and help staff to maintain the park in the difficult current situation."
