Woman arrested after B981 crash
Police arrested a woman last night (Monday) after she crashed in a BMW on the B981 between Inverkeithing and Crossgates.
She has been released pending further enquiries.
Local reports suggest that the car ended up in a field after the collision.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received a report of a one car collision on the B981 near Duloch Lodge around 9.20pm on Monday, 1 June, 2020.
"The collision involved a grey BMW 1 Series and a 55-year-old woman was taken to hospital with a facial injury. The woman was arrested as part of roadside procedures and released pending further enquiries."
