TICKETS for this year's Alhambra panto - Sleeping Beauty - are about to go on sale.

The show runs at the Alhambra from December 12 to January 24, 2021. Tickets go on sale to Bradford Theatres Friends Members, group and school bookers on Monday at 9am and to the general public on Monday, March 9 at 9am.

Don’t be caught snoozing - with over 77,000 people visiting last year’s panto, Sleeping Beauty is set to be the highlight of the festive season.

Bradford's favourite funnyman Billy Pearce returns in his 22nd Alhambra panto to star as Muddles; best friend and loyal companion to the Princess.

Join Billy in a magical adventure, as Princess Aurora pricks her finger on an enchanted spinning wheel given to her by evil godmother Carabosse and is placed under a cruel curse forcing her to sleep for 100 years. Will true love win the day and can the handsome Prince Charming break the spell? Will the princess’s best friend Muddles help save the town, and who will outwit the evil Enchantress and foil her wicked plans?

Adam Renton, General Manager Bradford Theatres, says: “Sleeping Beauty is a new pantomime title for us at the Alhambra, and with Billy at the helm once again there’s no doubt that theatregoers of all ages will thoroughly enjoy another exceptional panto in Bradford this year. The region’s audiences have huge affection for the Alhambra Theatre’s festive production."

Sleeping Beauty is produced by Qdos Entertainment, the world’s biggest pantomime producer, and will feature the spectacular special effects that the Alhambra's show is known for.

Further star casting will be announced soon.
