There may be a lot of football to be played between now and the Europa League last-16 draw, but Celtic will be desperate to make it there without a hitch - to join Rangers who knocked out Braga this evening.

The Hoops square-off against Copenhagen in the last-32 with their second-leg being played in Glasgow on Thursday evening. Rangers ground out an impressive 1-0 win in Portugal this evening to see off Braga following last week's 3-2 comeback victory.

Neil Lennon's men have been in fine form on their European trails this season so far, with four wins from their group stage games including two massive results against Serie A giants Lazio.

But what awaits them in the last-16 should they make it that far? Can they play each other? When will those games take place? Here's everything you need to know.

When is the last-16 draw?

The draw takes place on February 28 in Nyon, Switzerland. It will begin at roughly 1pm.

Is the draw live on TV?

You can watch the draw live on BT Sport 1 with coverage kicking-off at around 12pm.

Alternatively you can follow our LIVE blog as we will provide up-to-the-minute action from the draw.

Can Celtic and Rangers play each other?

Incredibly, yes, they could. Seeding does not apply in these business rounds and there is no country protection. Therefore a Celtic vs Rangers Europa League match-up would be a genuine possibility.

When will the ties take place?

The first-legs are scheduled for Thursday March 12, with the second-legs on Thursday March 19. Kick-off times are split between 6.55pm and 9pm.

The quarter-final and semi-final draws will take place on Friday March 20, the day after the eight remaining clubs are confirmed.
