LGBT+ Muslim group Imaan has announced the date for the UK’s first ever Muslim Pride festival.
The group posted on Twitter that the event would be held at an as yet undisclosed location in London on Saturday, April 11.
Imaan announced: “It’s happening! We’ve set the date for the first EVER Muslim Pride event. Tickets go on sale in two weeks!”

The group said they were looking for more queer Arab speakers, well-being practitioners and service providers for a panel discussions.
