THIS picture shows the shocking state of a tyre which was still being used.
West Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Unit said the vehicle was stopped in Brighouse.
A spokesperson said: "Heard this one before we saw it. Vehicle driven on the road with a flat tyre that was starting to disintegrate.
"Driver issued with a TOR (Traffic Offence Report).
"Obvious issues around road safety. If you have a blowout do not continue to drive your vehicle."
