A NEW drive-thru coffee shop could open on a major Bradford road if plans are approved.
An application has been submitted to Bradford Council to demolish an old petrol station on Wakefield Road, near its junction with Francis Street, to make way for the new drive-thru.
It says there will also be an indoor and outdoor seating area for customers.
"As a minimum, staffing on site will comprise one manager and two shifts of four persons each shift to provide nine jobs created overall.
"Permission is sought for the site to operate 24 hours, seven days a week, albeit it is likely that the coffee shop/restaurant will be open 06:00-23:00 hours seven days a week."
