Six by Nico will serve up some of the most memorable dishes from the past 12 months in their new 'Best of 2019 Menu' from today.
In 2019, diners at the ever-evolving culinary concept restaurant enjoyed menus themed around Thai Street Food to The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, with cuisine ranging from Paris to New York.
At the end of 2019, the public were asked to vote for their favourite courses, which have now been revealed as the new menu for 2020.
The six course 'Best of 2019' menu includes courses influenced globally, from Catalonia to the Orient Express and Thailand.
It also includes favourites such as Butternut Spring Rolls, Beef Bourguignon, and Creme Brulee.
Chef Nico Simeone said:
"Every year, our development team collectively create hundreds of dishes for our tasting menus. From noodles to steak and pastries to soup, our menus have been eclectic and tasty.
"For our first menu of 2020, we invited the public to vote on the six dishes they enjoyed most in 2019 to create a six-course tasting menu that includes the top picks of the year – all voted for by our hungry customers!"
“It is fascinating to uncover what food memories stay with guests after they visit our restaurants and with this theme kicking off 2020's concepts we are able to serve up something special for those who love us most."
