West Yorkshire Police arrested a man on Manningham Lane.
POLICE have arrested a man on suspicion of supplying a "psychoactive substance" on a busy city centre road.
Officers from the Steerside Enforcement Team spotted the male on Manningham Lane at around 4:46pm yesterday afternoon.
The suspect also had his vehicle seized, as he did not have a licence or insurance.
Police also conducted a house search in relation to the incident.
Items were seized from the property in question.
