It has been passed between some of the biggest names in the music industry and now has finally found a home.

Lewis Capaldi's Chewbacca mask has finally been auctioned - for £12,142.

After Noel Gallagher called Lewis Capaldi 'Chewbacca' in the midst of an online spat this summer, Lewis wore a Chewbacca mask to open his festival performance at this years' TRNSMT.

The promoters behind TRNSMT auctioned the mask on ebay to donate proceedings to Tiny Changes, the charity set up by Scott Hutchison's family after his death in aid of Mental Health awareness.

Glasgow Times:

Paolo Nutini bought the mask as well as a donation of £10,000 to the charity, only to put the mask up for auction again in Instagiving.

Capaldi's Chewbacca is now finally auctioned for £12,142, with all the proceeds going to Tiny Changes.

A spokesperson from the charity wrote:

"Big UP for Noel, Lewis & Paolo for helping us Make Tiny Changes."
