SIKHS gathered at Warrington Guru Nanak Gurdwara in Latchford for a special service over the weekend.
The service at the town’s Sikh temple, on Dover Road, was held over Friday, Saturday and Sunday to celebrate the recent birth anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the religion’s first Guru and founder.
Prayers took place over the weekend, children delivered a presentation on his life and the three pillars of Sikhism were highlighted – earning an honest living, reciting God's name and helping others.
The holy site welcomes schools from across the north west to visit and learn about the religion.
