Six Southend schools have been rated in the top 15 per cent of schools across the country.
The latest provisional Progress 8 rankings have been revealed for 2019, with every school ranked between "well above average" and "well below average".
Progress 8 scores measure pupils' progress between Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 4.
