The College of Animal Welfare will host their annual Careers With Animals Day on Saturday 5th October, where visitors will get the chance to talk to industry experts about the opportunities open to them in the animal care and veterinary industries.
The event will take place at the College of Animal Welfare's training centre in Tingley, and there will be talks covering careers from veterinary nursing to dog grooming, and from horseracing to animal care.
There will be local and national exhibitors at the event, including the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) and PDSA, amongst others.
Claire Gregory, Short Course and Events Administrator at the college, said: “the day provides the unique opportunity to meet with leading animal welfare organisations to ask questions and gain practical careers advice”
