A DUNFERMLINE man who breached his bail conditions after just a day found himself back in the dock.
David Donald, 45, of Rolland Street, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on June 22 at Donald Street, and at Dunfermline police station he shouted and swore.
He also admitted that having been granted bail on June 24, he breached the conditions the next day by entering an address in Donald Street and contacted a person there.
Sheriff Charles MacNair imposed a community payback order with 135 hours of unpaid work for the breach.
He deferred sentence on the other offence until February 19, 2020 for Donald to be of good behaviour.
