A man was threatened with a knife in the car park of Morrisons in High Wycombe last week.

At around 9.30pm on August 15, the victim, a man in his thirties, approached another man in the car park of Morrisons in Parker Knoll Way.

The man then threatened the victim with a knife.

A 39-year-old man, of no fixed abode, was arrested on suspicion of assault and possession of a bladed/pointed article in a public place. He has been released on police bail until 12 September.

Investigating officer, PC Mark Palethorpe, based at High Wycombe police station said: “I am appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this incident to please come forward.

“I would also ask drivers to check any dash-cam footage that they may have from the car park around the time of the incident in case it has captured anything that could assist us with this investigation.
