A PRIMARY school in Keighley has retained its Good rating following a recent Ofsted inspection.
Inspectors lauded Oxenhope CE Primary School for improvements it has made in recent months.
Ofsted said: “Because of strong leadership,the percentage reaching a good level of development has improved significantly.
“End of key stage 2 tests show a gradual improvement across the last three years. Disadvantaged pupils make progress and achieve as well as and often better than their peers, including those with SEND.
“Teachers are knowledgeable and skilled. Pupils said they love going to school and attendance is above the national average.”
The school was told it needs to strengthen some areas of the curriculum and promote reading more.
