AN East Lancashire bridge club has been ranked in the top 20 best-attended clubs in the country.
Brierfield Bridge Club in Clitheroe Road was ranked in the top 20 out of 300 clubs across England.
A club spokesman said: "This is a fantastic achievement as there are over 300 clubs throughout the country and the majority are in the south of England.
"The club continues to go from strength to strength and every year welcomes new players who have completed the classes which are held at the club.
"There will be an open day on Saturday, August 10, for anyone who may be interested in taking up the game.
