A POLICE search for a missing young woman from Leeds who had been seen in Pudsey has ended after she was found safe and well in Bramley this afternoon.
Officers searching the area found Hannah in Swinnow Road at 3.20pm today.
Her family have been informed and are being reunited with her.
We are very grateful to everyone who assisted in sharing the appeal.
