FORMER miner who helped bring the landmark Dream sculpture to the town will be leading a personal tour of the site tomorrow as part of the Decade of Dreams celebrations.
This year, on May 31, Dream will celebrate its tenth anniversary since it was installed atop the former Sutton Manor Colliery as a tribute to the borough's mining history.
Gary Conley, one of the team who led the campaign for the sculpture, will be leading a tour of Dream, including historical facts and information on the sculpture on Friday, April 26 from 3pm.
The tour is expected to last between one and a half hours to two hours and visitors are asked to meet on the car park of King George V Playing Fields Sutton Manor, Jubits Lane, Sutton Manor at 2.45pm.
All are welcome.
