A WOMAN who was found decomposed in the Yorkshire Dales in 2004 has finally been named by police.
Known as the 'Lady of the Hills' and the 'Yorkshire Dales Thai Bride,' the unidentified woman has been named as Lamduan Armitage nee Seekanya.
Mrs Seekanya, originally from North-East Thailand, was married with three children when she went missing 15-years-ago.

It was believed that the woman, found half-naked and face down in a stream near Pen-y-Ghent, North Yorkshire, had been murdered and dumped on the Pennine Way.
Investigating, North Yorkshire Police said its cold case review unit, who were "continuing" to build a picture of her life before her death, were confident in the identification.
A police spokesperson said: "As a result of extensive enquiries and DNA testing with family members in Thailand, the Major Investigation Team’s Cold Case Review Unit believe the woman is Lamduan Armitage nee Seekanya.
"North Yorkshire Police is continuing to build a picture of Lamduan’s life in Thailand and at various places she lived in the UK between 1991 and 2004, including Portsmouth, Rugby and Preston."
Police said they were now working with the Crown Prosecution Service to obtain authorisation to interview members of Mrs Seekanya's family and conduct equiries in Thailand.
