Protesters from across the UK gathered in London to show solidarity with the people of Kashmir.
The majority of those gathered outside 10 Downing Street were from Pakistan but groups and banners also called for all foreign powers to leave Kashmir.
The annual Kashmir Day aims to highlight the plight of Kashmiris in their struggle for the right to self-determination under the United Nations resolutions.
A group travelled from Blackburn to London to join the protest.
