Temporary traffic lights that were set up after a van smashed into a house have been removed more than a week after the incident - but there is a reduced speed limit in place.

A white van became "embedded" in a house at the junction of the A413 and Taylors Lane in Little Missenden on January 4.

The smash meant the house was left in a dangerous position - with bricks loosened and parts of the building caving in.

The house had to be secured and propped up with scaffolding and temporary traffic lights were put in place to protect the site.

Transport for Bucks has confirmed that the temporary traffic lights have been removed but Taylors Lane is still closed, with a speed restriction in place on the busy A413.

The speed restriction could cause some delays for commuters in the evening and the morning rush hours.
