Bizarre footage has been shared on social media of customers pushing each other angrily to avail of the discounted food in Tesco.
The incident is believed to have taken place at Tesco in Bromley by Bow, east London, where shoppers can be seen shoving each other out of the way aggressively to get hold of the reduced price food items.
Approximately ten people can be seen rushing towards the bargain food which was wheeled out by a member of staff by the fire exit.
A woman can be heard saying 'Goodness me'.
The video has been shared widely on social media after the clip was posted on Twitter with the caption, 'Avoid Tesco at 10pm at night.'
Superstores regularly place heavily discounted groceries out for customers most evenings.
