A ROAD RAGE incident ended up with a man going into a shop and hurling racist abuse at an Indian couple.
John Campbell became irate at the driving of a woman and followed her to the shop she runs with her husband in Cardenden.
He then went into the shop and started verbally abusing the woman’s husband, calling him a “black b******”.
Campbell, 44 and unemployed, of West Greenhead Cottages, Cluny, Kirkcaldy, was found guilty after a trial at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
The charge was that on February 26, at Costcutters, Cardenden Road, Cardenden, he acted in a racially-aggravated manner to the couple by shouting, swearing, making threats of violence and made racial remarks.
Sheriff James McDonald deferred sentence on Campbell until April 18.
